I think I have a sales tax error

If your account is not Texas based, Sales Tax will not be applied to any of your purchases. When you complete your order, your final receipt, which can be viewed in your "My Account" page under Order Receipts, will show the breakdown of your purchase. If you are in Texas and have submitted your Tax Exempt form to us please contact support at support@multitracks.com so we can fix this issue.
