We can definitely merge accounts, all we need are the account usernames and customer ID numbers found next to the name on the account overview page.
We will also need to know which one will be the main account to login into after the merge.
**Please note that if any account has a different admin than the one we are merging into we will need them to email us and confirm and give permission to merge. Also, if one account has an active subscription of any sort it will not transfer over to the new account. We recommend transferring the account that does not have a subscription over to the account that does to avoid any inconvenience.**
