When I connect my MIDI Controller or Audio Interface I get a message that says the device requires too much power
Some MIDI Controllers or Audio Interfaces require more power than your iPhone or iPad can provide. To solve the issue you can try powering your Controller or Interface with external power, or using a powered USB hub or the Apple Lighting to USB 3.0 adapter to provide enough power for your device.
Any USB powered hub ( a hub that includes a power supply) should work, but we've tested and can confirm this hub works. If you're using the Apple Lighting to USB 3.0 adapter you'll also need to use the power supply included with your iPhone or iPad to provide enough power to your device.
