If you are trying to connect your Planning Center account to your MultiTracks.com account and receive the following message you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
1. Confirm you are logged into the correct organization on Planning Center
2. Confirm you are an Organization Administrator for that account. NOTE: It is possible to be an admin, but not an Organization Admin. Here is how to check your account privileges:
Click on the profile link for your account in the upper left-hand corner in Planning Center:
Click on the Details tab:
If you are not listed as an Organization Administrator contact the admin of your account to get access. If you are listed as an Organization Administrator try connecting your account once more and if you receive the same error message please submit a request by clicking the link below.
