Setlists and arrangements are now available in Playback and make your worship planning workflow more efficient and collaborative than ever before. In Playback you can save the setlist, fader positions, midi mappings and more to the cloud for other Playback devices and users to access.
With MultiTracks Cloud, you can also save your favorite song arrangements and instantly use them in other setlists.
Choose your Arrangement When Adding a Song
When adding songs to your setlist, the default arrangement will be selected. Enter the arrangement menu to choose any other saved arrangement and load it with the song.
The Arrangements Menu
The Edit Song Menu gives you the power to switch between arrangements, save changes to your current arrangement, and even restore the saved version of your currently loaded arrangement if you have made undesired changes.
If any changes are made to the edit song menu, whether you are loading a new arrangement, changing the key/tempo or other parameters, press Update in the top right corner of the menu to commit those changes to the song in your setlist.
Press the Arrangement cell to choose between any saved arrangements you would like to switch to. Here you can also swipe to rename or delete any custom saved arrangements. When a new arrangement is selected, press Update to load it in your setlist.
Restore From Cloud
As you use Playback, you may naturally change your mix settings or song sections on the fly. If you ever wish to return to the saved version of your loaded arrangement, head to the Edit Song Menu and press Restore From Cloud. Pressing Update will restore the saved version and undo any changes you have made since last saving your arrangement.
Save To Cloud
When you find ways to alter or improve your favorite saved arrangements, you have the power to save those changes to the arrangement. Press Save To Cloud in order to overwrite the saved arrangement with any changes in the setlist, and add a note to share what the latest changes to the arrangement were with your team.
Save As New
Press Save As New in order to save your song as a new arrangement with a brand new name.
Note: You cannot save changes to the Default arrangement. In order to create your first saved arrangement for any song, you will be required to save as new.
A user's access of their organization's setlists and arrangements is dependent on the permissions and subscriptions in their account. Here's a breakdown of what user permissions can do in Playback:
- Organization and Team Admins: Open, edit and save to cloud any setlist/saved arrangement in the organization
- Team Leaders: Open, Edit, and Save to cloud any setlist they are added to on MultiTracks.com, as well as arrangements
- Team Members: Open, locally edit any setlists they are added to on MultiTracks.com. Team members cannot overwrite the saved cloud version of a shared setlist or saved song arrangement.
Regardless of a user's permission levels, a user cannot open a setlist without access to the included content.
- To open setlists with Rentals, a user needs rental credit access.
- To open setlists with purchased or cloud content, a user needs a team sharing license.
